The Eclipse Crane and The Academy Allegory

The Crane and it’s symbolic meaning are derived from our Academy Allegory, “Crane’s Reflection”, which was written by my youngest brother, Antonio Plaza (2007), for his Honors English Class. In his story, Antonio pays homage to the challenging nature of each individual’s journey along the road to self-realization – and the profound power and serenity realized in embracing our unique, authentic self.
